Kathrine Agosto is a 20-year veteran of the title industry who takes great pride in the details as she reviews and completes all forms. She also works diligently to build the initial client contact and relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth and successful closing. Kathrine is a native Floridian who enjoys baking, cooking and traveling as a soccer mom.

Joanne Beaulieu has over 30 years’ experience working in the Real Estate and Title Insurance Industries. She’s covered all aspects relating to title, survey, residential and commercial transactions. Joanne relocated to Florida with her husband and daughter in 2016.

Renee M. Dunn is an Escrow Officer who has worked in the title industry for over 24 years. She loves getting to know her clients, and helping those who are purchasing their first home or acquiring their dream home. Renee enjoys spending time with her two sons, reading and getting out in the fresh Florida sunshine.

Chris Lashley is a Title Processor who opens and processes files for clients, ensuring everything is submitted correctly. A good day for Chris consists of working with clients and satisfying their needs. Originally from New York, he is a proud father of two and spends most of his free time with his boys.

Maria D. Lippiello is a Real Estate Paralegal who works alongside our attorneys and focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Originally from Chicago, she moved to Florida 20 years ago and spends her time outside of the office volunteering with her daughters' dance team and Girl Scout Troop.

Alexandra (Alex) is an Escrow Officer, licensed title agent, and a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 20 years’ experience in the in the Real Estate industry. Alex enjoys helping clients realize their dreams of ownership and is there one hundred percent to help them through the process from start to finish. On her days off Alex enjoys spending time with family, especially her two granddaughters.

Robyn O’Brien is a paralegal and real estate closer at Lighthouse Title who has worked in the title industry for 25 years. She is passionate about getting to know her clients, and assist each with their needs.  First time homebuyers’ are a personal favorite for Robyn, as is aiding those who are purchasing their dream home here in paradise.  

When she's not at Lighthouse Title, Robyn enjoys spending time with her husband, going to the pool, reading and enjoying time on her patio as she soaks in our beautiful sunshine state. 

Heidi Paleno has been working in the real estate title and closing industry for over 25 years. She works in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, title and closing. She also assists in business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial loan transactions. Heidi is a mom of three who moved to Florida in 2014.

Dawn Smith is an Escrow Officer who has spent almost 20 years working in real estate and works primarily in residential real estate closings. She goes above and beyond to get every deal closed and enjoys seeing the joy in the eyes of the buyers, sellers and agents when everything is done. Outside of the office, she enjoys her grandchildren, movies and the beach.

With more than a decade of experience in the real estate processing field, Angelia Strode is a post closer at Lighthouse Title.

She is a true asset to the company, workingworks closely on the firm's residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Outside of the office, Angelia enjoys cooking and watching Food Network with her teenaged daughter, as well as traveling.
